Honey and Sea Salt Caramels

Caramels are one of my favorite all time confections. However, I've never been able to find them made without corn syrup and so we decided to make our own using local honey, Pacific ocean sea salt, and organic milk, cream, sugar, butter, and molasses.

They're perfect consistency of melt in your mouth goodness!

Quantity options per bag:
1/4lb = approximately 8 caramels.
1/2lb = approximately 16 caramels
1 lb = approximately 32 caramels
